House rules

Dear guests.
Welcome to the VINEU Bed & Breakfast!
Since we are very keen to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay, our house rules contain binding rules which apply without restriction. This was accepted by booking the stay.
General

The house rules supplement our general terms and conditions and are to be viewed as such.

Every guest is warmly welcomed. Discrimination or harassment of other guests will not be tolerated in any way.

Any form of illegal activities under German law are strictly prohibited.

The front door must always be kept closed. Every guest has the obligation to ensure this.

Smoking and vaping e-cigarettes or similar is strictly prohibited in the entire building. We provide an ashtray in front of the building. Smoking is allowed here.

Night rest hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. The volume should be kept low during this time in respect for other guests.

Each guest is responsible for the valuables they bring in, such as cash, jewelry, technical equipment and other high-priced items.

Pets are not allowed.

People outside the house who cannot show a booking do not have access to the house without the consent of the owners.
Common room (lounge)

Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The food and drinks provided serve as refreshment in the morning. It is not permitted to take the breakfast foods offered with you.

The lounge is available to all guests during their stay between 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

After breakfast, a coffee machine, kettle, microwave as well as crockery and cutlery are available to our guests.

The crockery and cutlery may be used to consume food brought in the lounge.

Used dishes and waste must be placed at the provided clearing station or disposed in the trash cans provided.

Emergency

An escape plan with marked fire extinguishers, first aid kits and the smoke alarm system can be found on each room door.

Escape routes and emergency exits must always be kept clear.

Wedging doors is prohibited.

In the event of a fire, the smoke alarm system must be activated if possible. Small fires can be fought with a fire extinguisher as long as this does not pose a risk at your own health.

Get to safety! The meeting point is on the left side of the house in front of the entrance to the church grounds.

A defibrillator is located opposite at the entrance to the St. Lambertus parish hall.

Room

The room door must always be kept closed. When leaving the room, it is the guest's responsibility to close and lock the room door.

The inventory must be handled carefully.

Windows must be closed when leaving the room.

When leaving the room, please set the heating to Level 1 during the heating period.

In order to prevent mold formation, every guest is required to ventilate appropriately after showering.

Smoking, vaping, etc. is strictly prohibited in the room and in all other rooms accessible to guests. Any form of manipulation of the security-relevant reporting devices will be reported.

The consumption of food is prohibited in the room.

All items in the room are the property of the house and remain in the room upon departure.

Any wear and tear or contamination that goes beyond normal will be invoiced separately.

No laundry may be washed or dried in the room. Wet clothes can be hung up to dry in a separate area in the house.

Bed linen and towels are exchanged from the 4th night onwards. Early exchange is possible at any time for a fee.

The room must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us.

Charging batteries for e-bikes or similar is prohibited in the room. Charging facilities are available in the general area.

Final note

The owners and operators have sole house rights. Accordingly, instructions must be observed and implemented immediately. If our general terms and conditions or the house rules are violated, we reserve the right to terminate the contract early and make use of our house rules. The obligation to fulfill all financial obligations from the accommodation contract remains.
